Terms of service
These terms govern your organisation’s use of Verdyn’s solar inspection workspace. Please read them before creating an account or subscribing.

Who you are contracting with
The Verdyn service is operated and provided by Verdyn Ltd., registered in England and Wales, trading as “Verdyn”. In these terms, “Verdyn,” “we,” and “us” refer to Verdyn Ltd. “You” includes the organisation that subscribes and its authorised users. By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The service
Verdyn helps solar teams upload inspection imagery, document and review potential anomalies, track findings and create reports. Automated analysis and other capabilities identified as planned are not part of the currently available service. Any finding or report must be reviewed by a qualified person before operational decisions are made. We may change, maintain or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts, content and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials, your organisation’s authorised users, and the accuracy and rights to the imagery and information you upload. You retain rights to your uploaded content and grant Verdyn permission to host and process it solely to provide and secure the service. Do not use Verdyn unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe others’ intellectual property, or to interfere with security or availability, including malware, probing, unauthorised scraping or attempts to access another organisation’s information. Do not resell, reverse engineer or bypass usage controls except where law permits.
Ownership
Verdyn retains ownership of the software, branding, documentation and related intellectual property. Your paid plan gives authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription remains valid. It does not transfer ownership of Verdyn software or your uploaded content.
Payments and subscriptions
Plans, allowances and monthly prices are shown on our pricing page. Allowances are soft guideposts; additional processing is arranged through sales rather than charged without agreement. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout until cancelled. An upgrade takes effect when the payment provider confirms it; downgrades are intended for the next billing period. A cancellation normally ends access at the end of the paid billing period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern checkout, payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics. Our refund policy explains how to ask for a refund.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When access ends, contact us promptly about retrieval of your organisation’s data; retention and deletion are described in the privacy notice. We may retain information where law requires it.
Liability and contact
Verdyn Ltd. provides the service without a guarantee of any particular inspection outcome, anomaly-detection performance or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have questions about these terms, contact Verdyn.
