Refund policy
A straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee for your Verdyn subscription, sold by Verdyn Ltd. (trading as “Verdyn”).

30 days to request a refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to Verdyn subscription purchases from Verdyn Ltd. and does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
How to request one
Visit paddle.net to request a refund from Paddle, the reseller and Merchant of Record that processes Verdyn orders. You can also contact Verdyn if you need help finding the right route. Paddle handles returns and payment-related customer service under its refund policy.
Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in your workspace. A cancellation normally keeps access available until the end of your paid billing period. A refund request is separate from cancelling future renewals; if you want both, tell Paddle when you request your refund.
